On October 6, 2006, DataNews published a review comparing a number of IP-SAN and NAS solutions that are available on the market today. Two products from Triple S were reviewed, one with Wasabi Storage Builder® for IP-SAN and the other with Storage Builder for NAS.
The Triple S NAS product received a total score of 84 points, while the IP-SAN product came in at 91 points. These scores are very impressive, as they were compared to systems with list prices that are up to 5.5 times more than the Triple S systems. The two Triple S solutions were the hands-down winners when looking at value as measured by price / performance metrics.
