VMX 2000sx Series
Our VMX 2000sx series is designed for dedicated use in demanding environments that require more bandwidth and expansion than our standard 2000e platform. Our base unit delivers up to 12TB of raw storage, which is expandable to 60TB in 4 expansion units.
The 2000sx supports up to 128 clients and 256 iSCSI Virtual Disks with support for clustered servers. Benchmarked performance of up to 700 MB/s shows that Wasabi is serious about performance. The 2000sx is VMware certified and is the perfect storage solution for your virtual server infrastructure. Our product fully supports all of the advanced features in VMware ESX Server such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet and Storage VMotion. Our VMX product line offers the highest levels of flexibility when deployed in Microsoft Windows and Linux application environments. We certify operation with all industry standard iSCSI initiators and meet storage requirements for Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Sharepoint, Oracle10g, MySQL, PostgreSQL among other critical server applications. Our appliances have been proven in customer deployments at more than 200 sites including casinos, jails and educational institutions. We have validated our solution for industries that have strict compliance standards such as The Nevada Gaming Commission and HIPAA. Wasabi continues to offer cost effective storage that works with all of the leading backup applications. Simply attach the VMX to your backup application via the iSCSI initiator and start using it for disaster recovery storage. Additional storage is easily added through our expansion chassis. |
