Validation & Test Lead Engineer

This position is currently OPEN in Norfolk, Virginia.

Job Description
- Participate in design and development of next generation storage networking and network appliance software
- Work with NetBSD product team to design and implement unit level, integration and systems testing and test automation using Wasabi Test Harness and Open Source tools, including extensive C development
-Interact with customers to develop test and release processes for custom applications
-Evaluate test methods and tools, provide test documentation -Monitor test methodology effectiveness and drive process improvement

Job Requirements
- Extensive experience with C and kernel-mode development
- Extensive experience in BSD, Linux or Unix test environment
-5-8 years experience in development and test role in embedded, networking or storage industry
-Experience with third party test tools -Experience with structured test methods and test automation
-Experience with multiple microprocessor platforms such as MIPS, PowerPC, Xscale and ARM
-BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar strongly preferred
